I am located in Reno, NV, and can meet with clients in-person locally, or virtually if you reside outside of the area.

Most coaching sessions are 50 minutes. Your initial session may last up to 90 minutes to give us time to get to know each other, explore your goals, and create a strong foundation for our work together.
