Welcome - I’m glad you’re here.
With nearly two decades in corporate marketing, I’ve led teams across industries and geographies, navigated complex business challenges, and helped organizations grow through meaningful, strategic work. Along the way, I’ve experienced my share of personal and professional setbacks, each one shaping how I show up as a leader, a parent, and a human being.
As my career evolved and I started a family, I realized that “work–life balance” is really more theory than reality. It can feel like walking a tightrope while carrying something precious in each hand, doing everything possible not to lose your footing.
That tension is a reflection of the systems and expectations many of us have learned to operate within, often without questions whether they still serve us.
Like many of you, I’ve lived through layoffs. I’ve been on both sides of the table and had the hard conversations and experienced the results of each. I’ve navigated increased workloads, shifting expectations, return to office pressures, and the lingering effects of the global pandemic.
The past several years have tested many of us in ways we couldn’t have predicted.
Not just external logistics, but our internal systems.
Those experiences have led me to re-think about how I view success.
Not to avoid hardship, but to learn to move through it, building resilience and a strong sense of what truly matters. To define achievement, productivity, and strength as defined ourselves and not what we’ve been programmed to believe.
That perspective is what guides my work today, and it’s a work in progress.
I created this space for reflection, recalibration, and honest inquiry, especially for women who are capable, competent, and tired of measuring themselves against expectations that no longer fit.
If you’ve found your way here, you may already sense that something within you wants to shift.
I am here to meet you in that moment.
